Position Summary

The Director of Technical Project Management is responsible for delivering all product and licensing needs for the company. This involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and ongoing management. You will work closely with cross- functional teams at White Label Casinos to ensure alignment with market needs, customer feedback, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include but are not limited too

  • Working with the CEO to plan out the projects and pipeline.
  • Organising heads of department and key members of staff to deliver set pieces of each project.
  • Generating and qualifying ideas around how to improve the overall product and service.
  • Preparing requirements with detailed acceptance criteria for the development teams – Ensuring all product and project documentation is well prepared and kept up to date.
  • Ensuring development teams get the necessary information to deliver our set requirements.
  • Working with the Platform’s Product Managers, Product owners and other relevant stakeholders to ensure priorities are correctly established and followed, in line with the White Label team requirements.
  • Leading all departments in the rollout and QA of any projects released.
  • Road mapping and release planning for deliverables on WLC including but not limited to Sales, Products and integrations.
  • Full confluence and Jira planning and mapping of each project.
  • Full handling of all training documents related to projects created, worked on, and delivered.
  • Working with HR to include any training for new starters in delivered projects.
  • Ensuring each major project completed is within the parameters of any regulation and requirement

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within the iGaming industry or a similar fast- paced environment.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale technical projects across multiple departments.
  • Excellent understanding of technical development processes, IT infrastructure, and product delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in using Monday, Atlassian Jira, Admin BOs, CXM, CMS and Confluence for project documentation.
