Position Summary
The PSP Onboarding Officer will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, manage B2B relationships and analyse data to identify areas of improvement. They will stay current with industry trends and provide strategic recommendations based on insights that align with business goals. The ideal candidate must be highly organised, with a deep understanding of the PSP ecosystem, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Proactively seeking new PSPs, managing the end-to-end onboarding processes, and conducting commercial negotiations with them for our different brands, markets, and license activities.
- Relationship management – manage and maintain ongoing communications and relationships with PSPs.
- Familiarity with and understanding of all existing and potential PSPs – their offerings, functionalities, logics, costs, new features, etc.
- Support the Head of Department with the prioritisation of PSP onboarding and backlog, providing recommendations based on insights and trends that align with our strategy and business needs.
- Providing in-depth analysis to identify areas of improvement and driving recommendations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conducting market research and competitor reviews to continually recommend new solutions and improvements to our offerings.
- Continually review our existing agreements to ensure they are still delivering value and negotiate better commercials where needed.
- Acting as a focal point for internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Assisting with ongoing company projects, including researching and testing new products when required.
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in the Gaming Industry, preferably in payments.
- Strong knowledge of international PSPs and cross-border payments.
- Ability to maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, both external and internal.
- Knowledge of onboarding and due diligence processes.
- High-level awareness of PSP contract terms, rates and service fees.
- An interest in regulatory requirements in the payment processing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with PaymentIQ.
