Position Summary:

The Senior Casino & Affiliate Manager is a dual-role position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the online casino platform and overseeing a high-performing affiliate program. The role combines operational oversight of games, promotions, and player experience with the strategic growth of affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition, traffic, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Affiliate Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate network across international markets.
  • Manage affiliate recruitment, onboarding, and relationship building to ensure performance and retention.
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate activity, providing reports, insights, and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Negotiate competitive contracts and commission structures.
  • Ensure affiliates are equipped with updated creatives, offers, and tracking assets.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to deliver localised and conversion-optimised materials.
  • Work with the CRM team to align campaigns, promotions, and bonuses with affiliate channels.
  • Ensure affiliate marketing activities comply with regulatory and brand guidelines.
  • Represent the brand at industry conferences, expos, and online networking events.

Casino Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the online casino product, ensuring smooth functionality and a seamless user experience by monitoring and analysing casino performance metrics.
  • Oversee onboarding of game providers, content management, and performance optimisation.
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics to improve casino performance. Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions across both casino and affiliate verticals.
  • Collaborate with CRM and design teams to tailor promotions for player retention and reactivation.
  • Oversee game provider integrations, monitor game performance, and coordinate regular content updates.
  • Ensure all casino content and promotions adhere to compliance standards and responsible gaming practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, casino operations, and the iGaming ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing successful affiliate programs.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM systems, affiliate platforms, and casino management tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • This is a hybrid position, and the candidate must be located in Malta.
