Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about marketing, organized, and eager to contribute to the success of our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include but are not limited too

  • Content Creation:
    Develop engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, web, blogs, print, and campaigns.
  • Social Media Management:
    Assist with the management and growth of the company’s social media platforms.
    Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries or comments.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    Provide insights to the team to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Analysis:
    Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and posts using key metrics.
    Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration:
    Support senior team members in various marketing projects and initiatives.
    Collaborate with the games promotions department to integrate promotional activities into marketing initiatives.
  • Event Coordination:
    Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
    Coordinate logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials for events.
    Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Administrative Support:
    Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including managing Sharepoint, Trello, and website inquiries.
  • PR Agency Liaison:
    Collaborate with our PR agency to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and public relations strategies.
    Assist in the coordination of press releases, media interviews, and other PR-related activities.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the B2B or iGaming industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Experience with content creation, social media management, and project management.
  • Project management skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
