Position Summary

As the Product Owner – Software System Configuration you will lead the technical onboarding, lifecycle management, and optimisation of third-party software systems, serving as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs. Drive continuous improvements and integrations, swiftly addressing technical issues to maintain product integrity and enhance overall performance whilst managing and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Product Team.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the technical onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle management of all third party tools serving as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects.
  • Work in close collaboration with Stakeholders, offering technical insights and support for the end-to-end management of products.
  • Oversee the development and configuration of all third party tools software system, ensuring high standards of quality and functionality.
  • Eliciting, analysing, prioritising, and communicating technical requirements.
  • Provide support for production troubleshooting, swiftly addressing and resolving technical issues to maintain product integrity.
  • Actively support and implement changes and improvements for all third party tools software systems under your responsibility, aligning with business goals and user needs.
  • Maintain regular Technical Product Owner responsibilities, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Represent technical solutions to distribution partners, ensuring their operational needs are met with high-quality technical integrations.
  • Coordinate with 3rd Party Platform Providers to implement new features and solutions, adhering to agile development timelines.
  • Manage technical documentation for partner-facing and internal applications and APIs, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, consistently seeking ways to enhance onboarding processes, product integration workflows, and overall platform performance.
  • Proactively identify and address any potential challenges or roadblocks during the onboarding and integration processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Managing and Training of the Product Team to help with the overall product delivery.

Requirements

  • A relevant academic degree or qualifications; preferably technology and / or business related.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in the gaming industry will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working with agile and remote development teams.
  • Comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into solvable and easily understandable parts.
  • Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to logically measure risk against potential gain.
  • A team player capable of building positive working relationships across the company.
