Position Summary
As a Treasury Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the treasury department’s day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will involve managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in various financial activities to ensure effective cash management and liquidity.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Cash Management:
- Monitor daily cash positions and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing funds.
- Execute fund transfers and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
Bank Relationship:
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Communicate with banks regarding account activities, resolve issues, and stay informed about banking services.
- Onboarding processes and regular KYC and DD checks.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to cash flow, liquidity, and other treasury-related activities.
- Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes.
Transaction Processing:
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including wire transfers, payments, and deposits.
- Verify accuracy of transaction details and resolve discrepancies.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive and organized records of treasury transactions, agreements, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Cash Forecasting:
- Contribute to cash forecasting activities to predict future cash needs.
- Assist in developing strategies to optimize cash utilization.
Compliance:
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Desirable experience in the iGaming industry or fast-paced companies.
- Previous experience in a treasury or finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and treasury automation tools.
- Experience in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to handle large volumes of financial data with precision and accuracy.
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
