Life at WLC HQ
Being a part of the White Label Casinos team, means every day (if you’re an office-die hard) you get to work from a brand-new, modern office smack bang in the heart of St. Julian’s- one of the most popular and bustling areas in Malta.
Our office boasts views of the island on our shared rooftop where our teams enjoy a coffee, lunch, or a face-to-face meeting that means catching some rays while you work. We call that successful multitasking. Just make sure you have enough SPF because Maltese sun is no joke.
A Hybrid Work Approach
We know that going back to a full-time office job after working remotely for a number of years can be tough for some. We also recognise the global shift towards a remote first approach. That being said, we love the idea of collaborating together, face to face, and enjoying each other’s company, with regular team lunches and a game of pool a couple of times a week. That’s why we have two mandatory office days, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, where we all come together and get sh*t done.
Teambuilding and Company Culture
Being a part of the Malta crew means enjoying regular team-building activities, events and the occasional (or not so occasional) McDonald’s order for team lunches. (We’re known to be fond of a cheese star or two).
One of our most popular team-building events involved a bit of friendly competition with go-karting, Virtual Reality and rope climbing where our teams got to show off their athleticism and competitive streak. Followed by a big team dinner where we all got to know each other that little bit more. Our teams work hard to get results from 9-6, so we believe in getting together to let our hair down. Simply put, because it’s well deserved.
Giving Back is in our DNA
We’re proud to say, we’ve got a team of exceptionally charitable people at White Label Casinos, which makes living up to our ‘Giving Back? You Bet.’ company value as easy as pie. WLC staff take time out of their own weekends to give back to the local community by volunteering at dog shelters and other organisations, so White Label Casinos-organised volunteering days are always jumped at. We’ve spent afternoons walking the cutest and most loveable dogs on the island, taking part in events like the Corporate Games- in aid of charity, and taking on challenges in the office like the ‘Hot Ones’ challenge, to fundraise vital money. Giving back is a big part of who we are, and our teams support this every step of the way.
You May have Noticed… We Don’t Take Life too Seriously
We firmly believe that all work no play makes jack a dull boy. We work in the entertainment industry after all! Because our teams are so dedicated to getting results and making sure we smash company targets, injecting fun into our working life is key to maintaining a happy and fulfilled workforce.
Every summer, we organise a big event to gather our teams from all over the world to celebrate together. This can be in the form of a boat party with activities like jet skis and water sports, food and drinks to beat the band, and music. It’s an opportunity to switch off from work responsibilities for an afternoon and to build and strengthen relationships with colleagues.

Working at White Label Casinos can be wacky at times, but we’ve seen some of our staff grow from junior roles and rise up the ranks to become heads of department and even directors.
