As we start the new year in 2024, White Label Casinos put their christmas party budget aside and instead, brought their teams together from across the globe, all for a bit of fun on the slopes.
Switzerland, in the heart of Europe and its beautiful snowy surrounding, was the perfect setting for bringing 45 of our staff altogether, to relax, discuss the year ahead and refocus for 2024.
There is nothing more important to us than bringing people together and having the ability to discuss the year ahead and the strategy plans, but also, getting out in nature away from our desks and having fun!
There was a lot of laughter and a lot of falling (with bruises to show for it), but all in the name of good fun.
Marketing Manager, Niamh Carberry, explained “Every year, we hold a host of amazing staff initiatives, but this year we wanted to try something different. While Christmas gifts are no doubt a thoughtful initiative, more often than not, they simply can’t compare to getting together face to face- and with a big remote workforce, this isn’t always possible- but this year we made it happen.
Our working relationships are now even stronger and we had the perfect balance of strategizing and planning for 2024, and letting our hair down (even if it is the coldest time of year in the middle of a snowy mountain.) White Label Casinos really have a fantastic structure for bringing their staff together. ”
